The Mathematics Implementation team focuses on strategic initiatives to support the successful integration of our core math programs—i-Ready Classroom Mathematics and Ready Mathematics—in districts, schools, and classrooms. The Program Specialist will support this work by partnering on the compilation of educator insights and feedback in order to propose potential solutions that drive towards stronger implementations. This hands-on role entails management of our research roadmap, organization of robust library of tools and resources, and communication of important updates in alignment with the school year calendar.

The successful Program Specialist will have a deep understanding of the needs of educators, have a capacity to attend to several work projects at once, and be able to cultivate strong relationships with various stakeholders. 

 The impact you’ll have:

  • Capture and collate educator insights and internal feedback on implementation challenges
  • Analyze insights and feedback to help prioritize development decisions
  • Manage the organization of resources posted on our educator-facing websites to ensure it continuously aligns to our overarching vision for support
  • Work in partnership with other team members to design the content layout of educator-facing webpages using content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Develop a communication roadmap and regularly monitor for any needed adjustments based upon insights and feedback
  • Create educator-facing newsletters and e-mails that respond to the current needs of educators throughout the school year
  • Liaise with Professional Development, Marketing, and Learning & Development teams to ensure proper positioning and alignment of work

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in product management or related discipline
  • Knowledge of best practices and trends in mathematics education, use of core curriculum in the classroom, and teaching styles
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues across various teams
  • Ability to manage complex and fast-moving projects
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to think critically and troubleshoot
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using a content management system, similar to WordPress
