Program Manager, Learning and Development

Appliedx is seeking a collaborative and organized program manager to build the next generation of our learning program. In this role, you’ll work with stakeholders from across the organization, to support our teams skill development. The program manager will work with a global team to navigate deployment of the program and the change management required. In this role, the program manager represents our users on the team through gathering and analyzing feedback to implement program improvements, while sharing our vision. To succeed in this role, you enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders, building new activities and initiatives to support a strategic goal, while keeping the user needs first.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build the next generation of our enterprise wide learning program with a focus on skill development
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to set goals, enable change management, continuously improve the program for our teams’ development
  • Track and analyze data to inform decisions on program improvements and change management
  • Advocate for the user through organizing user feedback avenues (virtual sessions or surveys)
  • Create a community of change champions for the program across the company
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on program metrics to senior managers
  • Continuously building personal knowledge of e-learning instructional design, technology applications, and best practices with emphasis on empathy for the learner


Desired Skills and Experiences

  • MBA degree with a focus on program management, PMP, or Master’s degree preferred with 3+ year experience in managing training programs
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience making data-driven decisions in a complex, global program
  • 3+ years managing a team
  • Knowledge and ability to apply a consultative approach to training. Strong collaboration skills are required to communicate with our global teams and subject matter experts
  • Ability and experience distilling a complex topic to a simple concept to present to senior leaders
  • Understanding of curriculums and needs for different engineering disciplines e.g. electrical, mechanical engineering etc. in context of semiconductor industry.
  • The desire and ability to learn more, try something new and embrace change
