Program Management

Manage a team of 2 - 10 staff members to make our four-classroom studio run smoothly. Manage all aspects of programs on site with the goal of raising the revenue by 20% per year.

Effectively manage communications with relevant stakeholders.

Be a highly informed advocate of all RoboFun programs.

Master our curricula and support curriculum development for our programs.

Track financial records for on-site programs and events.

Support marketing initiatives as needed.

Staff Management

Supervise and support 30+ part time teachers. Working with other program managers, facilitate technology trainings and professional development sessions for teaching staff.

Curate database of education resources for teachers.

Work with Recruitment Manager to find staffing holes, conduct interviews, oversee teaching demos, and assign potential teacher candidates.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience in teaching and managing programs with children. Experience in traditional, non-traditional, or supplemental education required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as are a friendly and personable demeanor. Must have the ability to delegate and manage staff effectively. Superior ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders with tact and tenacity. Attention to detail and strong follow-through is essential. Must have a demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects efficiently and independently in a rigorous team environment. Customer service experience a plus. Must be passionate about RoboFun’s vision and mission.
