Prepworks Program Advisor:

Prepworks is looking for a sales executive to assist clients with selecting the best programs for students in elementary, middle, and high school. We are seeking highly motivated, superstar sales professional with 2-5 years of experience in sales, i.e. educational sales, direct to consumer sales, and/or business-to-business sales. Candidate must have strong writing and communications skill and be interested in working in a high energy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2-5 years’ professional sales experience
  • Self-motivated in order to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Exceptional phone and social skills
  • Ability to learn new products and sales strategies
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong writing skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Professional appearance
  • Must be energetic and enthusiastic
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Advise and sell prospective students and parents over the phone and in person
  • Engage in tactical and strategic sales activities
  • Make outbound phone calls to drive sales and increase renewals
  • Maintain and grow sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
  • Evaluate each prospective student in a consultative manner to create individualized programs
  • Act ethically and with integrity at all times
  • Be a team player
  • Work with team to contribute to innovative sales and marketing initiatives
  • Work to meet both individual and team goals
  • Compensation:
  • Base Salary $40-60K based on YOE
  • Draw on commission plus commission
  • Total annual compensation range $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
