Product Marketing Manager

KickUp is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join a team that is reimagining how school districts grow their most valuable asset: their people.

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Product Management to drive and support all aspects of Go-to-Market (GTM). This team member must be extremely collaborative, build trust quickly and bring a clear point of view - and the voice of the customer - to the work.

As a Product Marketing Manager at KickUp, you will:

  • Collaborate across teams to inform product strategy and vision based on an understanding of customer feedback and market needs
  • Develop marketing launch plans and oversee GTM execution
  • Unearth critical insights, including state-specific market trends and nation-wide buyer and competitive insights, and use those insights to develop product messaging, positioning, thought leadership content and lead generating marketing programs
  • Ensure that Sales teams are fully prepared to sell to and support school districts, including development and presentation of sales enablement materials and training.
  • Engage with customers and team members to amplify product success stories

Position details

This is a remote, full-time position that can be performed anywhere within the US.

This position involves both base and bonus compensation. Base compensation for this position ranges between $80K - $95K based on experience with bonus potential.

We believe in the importance of recharging and offer a flexible PTO policy. Most of our employees average between 15-20 PTO days per year in addition to 11+ paid company holidays. Our team also enjoys Focus Fridays — a day without Slack or meetings, to provide flexibility and focus time.
