Product Manager - Education Management

Responsibilities: 

Help create and drive business and technical strategy for the product line

Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment You must be passionate about nonprofit software and ensuring our clients are successful

Product Management Focus: 

Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and be the voice of the customer throughout the product development process 

Get to know our customers and partners, their use cases in depth, how they could use our products to solve their challenges 

Lead an Agile/SCRUM cadence to bring solutions to the market iteratively through short-cycle design and scrum interaction 

Create product requirement documents (epics, stories, scope docs, etc) to guide engineering in developing the platform features, and work closely with engineering teams to execute the product feature per specification 

Work collaboratively across many other teams to drive product success in all business, development and operation areas 

Maintains strong product management, design, development, and pragmatic marketing skills; Strong communication skills and enjoy working with customers and presenting internally and externally 

Work with partner ecosystem team to foster partner relationships 

onduct ongoing competitive analysis and maintains information repositories of all competitive activity. Customer insight leadership

Qualifications: 

Experience with K-12 and/or Higher Ed products a plus Excellent understanding of software development architectures and technologies 

4-year degree in Business or IT 

Some travel required
