Product Launch Manager - IXL Spain

IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 7 million students worldwide, is seeking a Product Launch Manager to lead the growth and development of IXL’s new Spain edition.

As part of our mission to improve education worldwide, IXL recently released a new edition of our product, targeted at Spanish-speaking families. We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of Spanish and Latin American markets and families to join our product management team and help us grow our new Spain edition.

Product management at IXL starts with a passion for making a lasting impact on education. Team members take products from initial brainstorm to final launch and beyond, putting our users first in all that we do, and working collaboratively across many teams including Engineering, Visual Design, Marketing, and more! Our creative solutions, clean designs, and commitment to quality allow us to deliver effective, compelling products that tackle some of the biggest problems in education today.


  • Deeply understand and advocate for the needs of families in Spain, Latin America, and other Spanish-speaking markets
  • Work with professional translators to translate new features and pages into Spanish, ensuring a high-quality experience for all users
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to identify and understand audience segments, optimize ad campaigns, and develop region-specific growth strategies
  • Apply data alongside product, user, and market understanding to identify improvements to the product for maximum impact
  • Monitor the success of IXL’s Spain edition in target markets and communicate findings and insights to stakeholders across teams
  • Produce clear written specifications and work with engineers to get features implemented and delivered to our users
  • Do whatever it takes to deliver value to our users and grow the IXL Spain edition


  • Full native fluency in Spanish and native understanding of Spanish culture.
  • Understanding of Latin American cultures and markets highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams in fast-paced environments, particularly on software products or technical systems
  • Excellent analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with an eye to clarity and conciseness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams to make things happen
  • Willingness to tackle tough problems independently, from assessing high-level goals through to perfecting every detail
  • Exceptionally organized self-starter, efficient and thrives under pressure
  • Adaptability to changing situations and a willingness to wear many hats
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and an unfailingly positive attitude
  • Interest in education and helping families, teaching experience a plus
