In This Role, You Will Get To:
- Offer structure and leadership for internal team, cross-Transcend and external work
- Provide guidance, structure and planning support for internal, cross-functional meeting collaboration and processes to ensure cohesion of Network efforts with other Transcend programmatic efforts
- Create and manage cohesive systems to organize diverse work streams across the portfolio, with support and oversight from the Chief Network Officer
- Spearhead smooth logistics for internal and external meetings, including facilitating team meetings, preparing agendas/slide decks, taking meeting notes, and sending follow ups
- Support team strategy development and implementation
- Support internal Network efforts to ensure coherent, strategic action prioritizing the utilization of internal docs such as logic models, FY24 priorities and goals as drivers
- Coordinate and gather diverse forms of data to help answer learning agenda questions and support regular conversations about the overall progress towards reaching expected outcomes. This includes talking to teammates inside and outside of the Network team at Transcend, joining meetings, reviewing notes and recordings from meetings you don’t attend, and synthesizing and sharing key insights.
- Partner with other teams at Transcend, such as the data, strategy and finance teams, to manage systems for tracking data and resource allocation and bolster the development of Network data and learning-related efforts
- Directly engage in projects
- In partnership with the Chief Network Officer, Network teammates and Operations colleagues, support the vision and execution of quarterly in-person Network retreats and virtual team step-backs
- Provide cross-functional strategic thought partnership and project management support for complex, Network-led work (e.g. coordination of cross-network support work to bolster School Design Services portfolio work, leading the planning for a Transcend Conference, organizing our org-wide approach to key external convenings etc.)
- Support with special projects beyond Network (e.g. supporting the planning for/facilitation of Program Coordination Group meetings) and collaborate purposefully with other Program teams (e.g. Capacity, Products etc.) as needed
