Portfolio Analyst

ReUp Education - Remote - Full time

The Role

ReUp is hiring a Portfolio Analyst in its Marketplace division to support the analysis and growth of ReUp’s educational offerings. You will play a meaningful role in evaluating and advising on the growth of ReUp’s Marketplace, ensuring that the educational offerings deliver positive outcomes to our learners and balancing supply with demand. Additionally, you will use your insights to find the story in the data and create recommendations for the marketplace portfolio and partnership expansion.

What we do

Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40% of US students who have “stopped out” and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled nearly 20,000 students, helping 3800 of those students to graduate, and recaptured over $65 million in tuition for our university partners.

What you’ll do

  • Design the process for determining partner offerings that align with the needs of adult learners and supporting the creation of training materials to educate cross-functional teams on these offerings.
  • Conduct regional workforce development analyses to inform portfolio strategy.
  • Evaluate new potential partners and programs.
  • Partner with marketplace leadership to define the best metrics for measuring portfolio performance as it relates to marketplace balance, growth, access and outcomes.
  • Provide insight into the performance of educational offerings. Use those insights to drive recommendations for how we grow, curate, and manage our portfolio.
  • Work cross-departmentally to validate metrics that drive strategic decision-making, including new partnerships, academic policy compatibility, and promotion of educational offerings.
  • Deliver reports and presentations of findings to management and/or executive leadership.
  • Conduct and report on relevant market, workforce, and user research, as needed
  • Collaborate with marketplace leaders to drive key initiatives, support team growth, and lead special strategic projects, as needed.

  • 1-3 years of relevant analytics work required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a bonus.
  • Ability to clearly communicate data-driven insights through decks and reporting
  • Intermediate Tableau and intermediate SQL, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of marketing/sales concepts
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a tactful manner
  • Google Workspace and Excel experience required
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Minimal travel required

Location

ReUp is a remote organization with a geographically distributed team. This position will be based remotely in one of the states listed: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WI.
