Pathstream is looking for a People Operations professional to support the internal operations behind all of our people-related business functions. This is an exciting role that combines a recruiter, people operations, and business operations position into one, giving you the opportunity to drive the hiring process, onboarding systems, and employee experience. You will help set the stage for these key areas of the business, and as we grow together, we expect that you will start to focus on one of these specific areas that aligns with your skills, experience, and long term growth goals. For the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity to play a central role that is critical to both the successful operation of our company and the overall experience of all our team members, while gaining hands on experience and building out these areas of the business. A successful People Operations candidate has a keen sense of what our various team members need to be successful, a professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with others, a calm and solution-oriented attitude when troubleshooting issues, and acute attention to detail and superb organization skills. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall approach and systems that will help us grow our team and scale our company while maintaining our values.

This is a full-time position that reports to the VP of Finance. This position is based at Pathstream’s headquarters in downtown San Francisco, CA but will be remote until it is safe to return to in-person work.
