PASS Sales Manager

Boardworks Education - Remote - Full time

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of high performing Education Consultants. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, has a people first mentality, is growth orientated, and is ready to support their team in achieving their sales goals and objectives.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Education Consultants and Sales Development Representatives for assigned areas.
  • Develop a robust sales plan for your area and work with wider teams to ensure delivery of the plan.
  • Oversee and lead the sales process through to renewal to ensure the long-term success of your sector.
  • Coach team to develop territory plans to deliver their targets. Put in place good processes to monitor and track progress and performance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.

Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.

  • Assist in development of Commission plans and incentives
  • Gather and distribute sales reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis for the sales team.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure you have the correct tools/collateral/campaigns and messages to support your team.
  • Assist and collaborate with PASS customer success team to support customer retention
  • Provide insight and feedback on products and market to the business as appropriate
  • Partner with HR to Identify and resource training requirements for the team
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Good knowledge of US education market and assessment products

Experience with wellbeing and SEL within education setting

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Excellent customer relationship management skills

Ability to develop relationships with large Education organisations

Able to influence and engage key stakeholders at all levels

Strong supervisory and leadership experience

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field

Ability to travel at least 20% of the time

Proven record of success with the entire sales process from strategy to closing

Three plus years managing sales or sales teams
