About the Partnership Success Manager Position

The Partnership Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with Executive Sponsors, Activation & other internal operations teams to ensure customers have the services they need to thrive and grow.

The Partnership Success Manager will play a vital role in the Partnership Team to sustain and grow business by:

  • Managing Marketing, Civic and Corporate Client Accounts
  • Owning all day-to-day customer communication with clients (predominately via email & phone)
  • Managing campaigns and reoccurring monthly operations required to keep Marketing campaigns running efficiently (IOs, billing, adjustments, etc.)
  • Project Managing multiple internal stakeholders to the successful execution of Corporate/Civic Activation Plans as well as Ongoing Student Progression to graduation
  • Using an educational approach to teach clients about’s products and how to maximize their ROI
  • Strategizing with internal teams regarding fulfillment planning and optimization
  • Preparing and deliver strategic client presentations using PowerPoint
  • Creating and maintaining client relationship documentation in Zoho CRM
  • Being the voice of the client when working with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve our product and features

The Partnership Success Manager is responsible for meeting revenue and growth targets.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management. (preferably in performance based-advertising and or/ strategic oversight of solution-based partnerships.
  • A strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support (Client Referrals preferred)
  • High level of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Expert in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Experience and comfort with working with remote colleagues
  • Willingness to travel (expected about 1-2 times a quarter)
