The Partnership Manager is the face of Circa. You care about the success of our clients and our company, and you are always looking for ways to add value. You are forward-thinking and always looking to learn. You have experience running student lead generation campaigns and understand the challenges and nuances in higher education. Most importantly, you believe in the core values that drive our day-to-day operations.

This is a full-time role in San Diego, and we are happy to help new employees relocate. We will also entertain a remote option if we find the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Main Objective: Ensure clients are happy and we are exceeding goals and expectations.

  • As the Partnership Manager, you will:
    • Drive results and exceed client goals
    • Guide account and marketing strategy
    • Manage client expectations
    • Ensure client satisfaction
    • Draft meeting agendas and ensure the team is prepared for client meetings
    • Serve as the main point of contact on high-priority projects
    • Have a deep understanding of project goals and an advanced understanding of marketing strategy
    • Hold the team accountable and ensure processes, procedures and workflows are closely followed
    • Oversee project execution and meet all goals and deadlines
    • Communicate project delays to clients to manage expectations
    • Draft and deliver monthly reports to clients — these reports provide a summary, highlight key data, address issues, communicate action plans to fix issues or take advantage of opportunities, and illustrate Circa’s value

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three to four years of high-level account management experience (preferably in higher education)
  • Higher education experience
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel student lead generation campaigns (PPC, SEO, content marketing, etc.)
  • A complete understanding of enrollment marketing strategy and execution
  • Ability to lead marketing and enrollment strategy discussions with clients
