The high level

Edthena is a leader in the online professional development space. We are seeking someone to join our team in a partner success-focused role. 

The ideal candidate for this role has both:

  • experience in the K-12 sector, and
  • at least 1.5 years of experience in a related role.

We're a small team that's accomplishing a lot. This is not a coin-operated role. You'll have the opportunity (and be required) to go beyond typical customer success duties. 

The details

As currently scoped, a candidate will be interested and able to: 

  • fully own account relationships from on-boarding to support to renewal
  • refine existing account management process to increase effectiveness
  • advocate for product changes based on customer feedback
  • contribute to written communication (e.g. monthly newsletters, blog posts)
  • support operations (e.g. logistics for exhibiting)

  • We are based in downtown San Francisco, close to public transit.

We're a small company, and you're not going to be a cog in the machine. In this role, you'll own a significant portion of our relationships and, as a result, have a direct hand in the outcome of the company.
