Partner Success Associate, Wyzant (Raleigh, NC)

To support those efforts, we are looking for an upbeat, customer-focused, and analytical individual to join our Wyzant Success team. As a Partner Success Associate, you will be part of a small team responsible for managing relationships with our Wyzant for Schools customers. Wyzant for Schools is a platform designed to provide tutoring for K-12 students in partnership with schools and districts. This role is critical in providing support for those schools, students, and tutors to facilitate desired outcomes.

This position is a full-time non-sales hourly position (40 hours per week) with a hybrid work schedule in our Raleigh, NC office.


  • Develop and maintain a high level of product expertise
  • Troubleshoot technical support requests and product usage questions from schools, tutors and students via phone, email and chat to ensure success with our products
  • Anticipate customer needs; go above and beyond to ensure an efficient, seamless experience.
  • Provide timely resolution to customer questions by consulting with product, engineering and IT teams to find solutions and workarounds
  • Share customer feedback internally to drive product development, service improvements and customer satisfaction
  • Support Success Managers on product implementation, launch, retention and expansion efforts


  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing position
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking, research and problem solving skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
  • Energetic and positive person who works well both independently and in a collaborative group setting
  • Interest in edtech and education!
