Partner Operations Manager

ReUp Education - Remote - Full time

The role

ReUp Education is looking for a Partner Operations Manager to liaise with key external contacts to effectively implement new partnerships and ensure their ongoing smooth operations. A successful Partner Operations Manager is process-oriented and has a keen eye for details. They are curious, conscientious, and collaborative, and an eager problem solver. It requires coordinating with internal stakeholders in Partner Success, Learner Services, Marketing, and Data teams. You must convey important details regarding the partnership, including scope, timelines, and data capabilities and limitations, and contribute to finding ways to leverage partner data to inform our work and maximize success.

This role reports to the Head of Partner Success, works closely with account managers, and supports a portion of our portfolio of partners.

What we do

Founded in 2015, ReUp Education is the only organization that focuses exclusively on helping colleges and universities engage and re-enroll the more than 40% of US students who have “stopped out” and support them until graduation, through our technology-enabled service. To date, we have re-enrolled nearly 20,000 students, helping 3,800 of those students to graduate, and recaptured over $65 million in tuition for our university partners.

What you’ll do

  • Project manage new partner implementation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Uncover stakeholder needs and anticipate challenges through implementation
  • Manage processing of student lists from our partners
  • Contribute to the interpretation and mapping of partner data files; assist the ReUp Data Team and key contacts at our partners if issues arise
  • Collect, review, and reconcile enrollment reports
  • Post-implementation, serve as a continued resource for any future technical needs or changes
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation about the partner and our partnerships, e.g., student attributes, academic programs, enrollment and other key dates, reporting elements, data capability, etc.
  • Represent the priorities of the Partner Success Team to our Data Team
  • Help us maximize the impact of data stored in Salesforce with reporting that informs our strategic account plan

Location

ReUp is a remote organization with a geographically distributed team. This position will be based remotely in one of the states listed: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, MO, NC, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI.
