Helios Ed is seeking a Partner Happiness Manager (Account Manager) who can work with our expanding base of customers to onboard them and keep them happy and satisfied with our products.

This role will be responsible for ensuring our customers are using the product happily. Being a people person, you will need to build great personal relationships with users, guide them on getting the product setup, and ensure their complete satisfaction.
