About the Paid Search Marketing Manager (PPC) Position

We are looking for a passionate Paid Search Marketing Manager (PPC) to join our Growth team. In this role, you’ll drive growth for our products through launching and optimizing paid search campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other media platforms. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep knowledge in keyword research, ad creation, grouping keywords, landing page optimization, and data analytics. This position will report to the Director of Media.

About the Paid Search Marketing Manager (PPC) Position

We are looking for a passionate Paid Search Marketing Manager (PPC) to join our Growth team. In this role, you’ll drive growth for our products through launching and optimizing paid search campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other media platforms. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep knowledge in keyword research, ad creation, grouping keywords, landing page optimization, and data analytics. This position will report to the Director of Media.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance of Google and Bing Ads search campaigns and constantly optimize their efficiency and scale
  • Analyze large data sets in Excel and generate actionable insights to improve performance
  • Launch paid search campaigns from scratch for new customer segments (includes keyword research, ad copy creation, bid optimization, landing page optimization, and ad hoc reporting and analysis)
  • Drive conversion for paid search campaigns through A/B and multivariate tests
  • Support other Growth team initiatives (Paid Social, Retargeting, Display, Email, SEO)

Preferred Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid search experience (Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads)
  • Proficient in Excel and analyzing large data sets
  • Proficient in Google Ads Editor and making bulk changes
  • Bias towards getting things done
  • Innovative thinker. Always thinking about ways to continuously drive growth
