Must be authorized to work in the US and based in the US.

We are a distributed team. This an office-based position would work in the city of Chicago, and would be to the office at 747 N LaSalle.

Operations Specialist 

Job Description

CodeHS is looking to hire an Operations Specialist in Chicago, IL to help work on internal company operations including accounts receivable, shipping, operations, and office management. If you like making things go and improving systems behind the scenes, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with other team members in CodeHS on operations
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, corresponding with customers and payments
  • Manage billing calls, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Shipping materials for conferences and to customers and team members
  • Help managing Chicago office setup, supplies, and operations
  • Help manage office phone
  • Help maintain organized internal systems
  • Help with other internal operations projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Worked in a small team
  • Ability to adapt flexibly to changing tasks and requirements
  • Work well independently and autonomously, a self-starter
  • Works well in teams
  • Professional and clear at email
  • Extremely organized and strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about helping students and schools
  • Excited to work at a small company and make a big impact

Compensation

  • Salary: $55,000
