Operations Contract Coordinator (Remote, United States)

Gaggle is seeking a Contract Coordinator to join Gaggle’s Operations Team in recruiting contract workers to review and analyze online activity of K-12 students. This position requires focus and dedication to make quick decisions while onboarding independent contractors to achieve aggressive hiring goals.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the posting of contractor openings on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) as defined by the Head of Contract Coordination
  • Supporting contractor onboarding efforts from initial application to renewed status
  • Responding to needs of Contract Coordinators to support contractor goals
  • Fielding incoming communications from contractors in a responsive, resourceful, and professional manner
  • Investigating and troubleshooting contractor inquiries in order to provide clear and effective answers
  • Monitoring and reviewing data related to contractor requirements, as well as for accuracy and efficiency
  • Identifying high performing contractors who are ready for increased responsibility and communicating such to supervisor
  • Identifying low performers and terminating contracts when necessary
  • Learning and operating technical tools for daily work requirements and for providing backup to colleagues as needed

What you should have

  • Experience using a variety of desktop and web-based applications; we use Salesforce, Slack, Paychex, Tableau, and Sling here at Gaggle
  • Experience in human resources, recruiting, administration, employee relations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of working independently and/or remotely
  • A strong comfort level in communicating with contractors and internal colleagues through email, text, and phone to convey necessary information
  • Capacity to maintain and report on contractor metrics quickly and accurately
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Confidence to operate independently within a virtual team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, administration, or employee relations is preferred

Additional Information

  • Reports to Head of Contract Coordination
  • This is a work-from-home position; a reliable high-speed connection and a comfortable, private dedicated work area will be essential for this role’s success
  • It is important to note that in the position you will be required to view content of a sensitive nature including exposure to graphic content that may contain nudity
  • Candidates must be able and willing to answer and make phone calls in a professional and courteous manner during scheduled work hours
