THEOPPORTUNITY

ANet'sSupport & Operations Team provides in-the-moment and proactivesupport to both internal staff and our partner schools anddistricts so that they are able to fully leverage ANet's productsand services and have access to the high quality materials andresources they need to improve instructional practice.We areseeking an Assistant who can help our Support & Operations Teamensure that our school and district partners are able to access ouronline platform, administer interim assessments, and collectstudent data. The Assistantwill report to a Senior Associate, Support &Operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Process andmaintain studentroster information, demographicand interim data for ANet's partner schools anddistricts

Ensure ourschool partners have the assessment materials theyneedby generatinganswer sheets, posting materials on our platform, and submittingassessment material print orders

Grade shortanswer student responses from math assessments for ANet'spartners

Create poststhat include internal and external resources within our ResourceHub

Manage andprioritize daily tasks through Wrike (project managementsystem)

Troubleshootissues that arise within daily work

Providereal-time support to internal team members through updating andleveraging student information, student data and other onlineresources

Partnerclosely with others on the Support & Operations Team to supportthe evolution of our internal processes and systems

ANet offershighly competitive compensation based on prior experience andqualifications as well as comprehensive benefits in order to bestsupport our people.
