Operations Assistant

Boardworks Education - Remote - Full time

We are looking to hire a tech-savvy, natural problem solver who is well organized and able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about supporting educators and their team members. This role is perfect for someone looking to learn and develop a career in operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Office support

Act as a point of contact in the office for technical support, supplies, etc

Provide administrational support as required by the business

Customer support

Process customer orders

Onboard new customers

Provide product training to schools via webinar

Offer technical support to customers via call or email

Assist with all aspects of credit control, including debt reduction and query resolution

Sales team support

Update and provide support with the company sales CRM – close.io

Provide data and industry research

Distribute and track incoming leads

Support marketing initiatives including conferences and marketing campaigns

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

2 years’ experience in an administrative role

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

K-12 Edtech knowledge or experience would be beneficial (desirable but not essential)

Bachelors Degree
