National Sales Manager, MOS in School Products (REMOTE)

The National Sales Manager will manage a national territory, lead the internal proposal process, manage a team of regional and sales development representatives, and be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting of our sales team. They will coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to manage goals and grow strategic opportunities. The National Sales Manager will provide innovative ideas for financial growth, oversee a team of 2-4 , and build scalable solutions for prospecting leads generated by the marketing team. They will lead both strategy and execution for growth of the MOS in School products. The National Sales Manager will coach regional managers on how to negotiate and close large customer opportunities. The National Sales Manager will be report out the overall performance of the sales team to the MOS in School leadership team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.


  • Drive sales of curriculum/supplemental business of >$7.0M in annual sales, with annual growth target of 5-8% in PreK-8 STEM education market.
  • Manage a defined territory (>$1.5M), focusing on T1 states, while maintaining T2-T3 states.
  • Oversee and support 2-5 sales regional and development representatives
  • Lead the creation of a minimum of 1 RFP per month
  • Travel requirement of a minimum of 20% to a maximum of 60%

Vice President, STEM Education


  • Bachelors of Science or Arts degree.
  • 5 or more years of educational sales experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands on experience with sales tools and reports
  • Communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience writing proposals, negotiating large customer deals
  • Experience growing a territory
  • Experience managing a team (directly and indirectly)
  • Experience analyzing sales performance metrics and trends
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of sales tools (CRMs)


Exempt (Salaried). $85,000 - $90,000 base and eligible for commission based on sales goals.
