Job Description

You will join a growing acquisition and engagement marketing team which has exciting targets ahead. You will be responsible for managing operations across the marketing team including day-to-day operations of our marketing automation system and CRM, overseeing the effectiveness of our campaigns both online and offline, and operations and processes to streamline communication between the marketing team and our internal and external audiences. Through thoughtful analysis and recommendations, your efforts will continually result in more efficient processes, supporting increased productivity across the marketing team. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily marketing operations by creating and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable marketing processes that use best practices for campaign and lead management
  • Develop and track metrics related to campaign performance, including ROI
  • Utilize Marketo and SnapApp to build predictive, interactive marketing programs, evaluate the success of these programs, and present results to the Vice President of Marketing
  • Analyze campaign performance, extract key insights from the data, and implement changes to drive operational and other improvements
  • Maintain and update marketing project tracking grid
  • Develop strategies, workflows, and automated processes for acquiring and nurturing leads
  • Track ROI, opportunity pipeline, lead conversion and engagement of current customers and prospects for all marketing and engagement campaigns and build Marketo and Salesforce reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of the business
  • Ensure fidelity of marketing and engagement data in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Own the Lead and Contact objects in our Salesforce instance
  • Manage marketing collateral, ensuring version control and updates to collateral library
  • Maintain conferences and events calendar, swag inventory and logistical support for staffing events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Marketo Certified Expert
  • Deep experience with Salesforce
  • Expertise in data-driven marketing, funnel optimization, process creation, process optimization, and marketing automation system
  • Experience in executing and optimizing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Excel - Pivot tables, vlookup, and ability to scrub data
  • Experience with building reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Experienced with SnapApp, HTML/CSS, Photoshop, Data Loader
  • Understanding of data and insights as they apply to marketing
  • 2+ years of quantitative marketing operations and/or automation experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in a quantitative field
  • Fiercely organized, detail oriented, and quick to respond thoughtfully to verbal and written exchanges
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States
