Marketing Manager, Skooli

Skooli - Remote - Full time

Skooli, a fast-growing EdTech leader in the K-12 online tutoring space is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. From ideas to execution you will be responsible for attracting and engaging lead traffic to support our growing business.

Supported by an all-star team of marketing peers and a company made up of people passionate about the power of education, you have experience within the education industry and a minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing (B2B focused is a plus!).

The Role:

  • Helps catalyze continued company growth through strategic marketing initiatives that generate results
  • Assists and supports the sales team in a high-growth business environment
  • Executes online and offline marketing initiatives to drive new leads, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEO/SEM strategy and brand awareness to drive site traffic
  • Build compelling and strategic outbound email marketing campaigns based on best practice, to support direct sales leads
  • Identify relevant opportunities to build Skooli’s profile as a thought leader in the education space (e-newsletters and publications, speaking engagements, PR opportunities, awards nominations, etc.), via content development and inter- and intradepartmental collaboration
  • Plan and coordinate conference/event strategy (display materials, collateral & giveaways, and lead generation process)

The qualified candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 3 years in a marketing and/or sales enablement role
  • Education industry experience in the US K-12 market is preferred
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of digital marketing skills, including writing, analytics, email marketing, etc.
  • Proficiency using Unbounce, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, G-Suite for Business, etc.
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills, are an excellent communicator, and creative thinker - but you use data to inform decisions and test that creative thinking
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and know how to work across departments to motivate your teammates toward success
  • Collaborator by nature, and know how to prioritize important work over busy work
  • Possess an interest in education, and in making a difference for all students
  • Any digital marketing certificates/certifications are a plus (eg. HubSpot, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.)
