Marketing Manager: K12 Demand Generation

Life is Tech! USA is seeking an experienced marketing manager for K12 to join our growing marketing team. As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, project management and formal execution of various marketing campaigns across many customer lifecycle phases. This includes but is not limited to: lead generation, sales enablement, customer nurturing, upsell/expansion support and account renewal support, among other things.

The marketing manager will work closely with all team members including our executive team, sales team, customer success team and development team where a tight feedback loop is crucial to short and long term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set department-specific quarterly OKR targets based off company OKR targets to ensure key business results are achieved and all tasks/priorities roll up to OKR goals
  • Collaborate with the Sales and executive leadership team to create and launch new strategic initiatives in key target territories to generate leads and deepen brand awareness, and review them periodically to obtain the highest ROI.
  • Lead and manage the creation and execution of outbound, lead generating email strategies and campaigns that perform at the highest level
  • Lead the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns leveraging creative content such as webinars, whitepapers, infographics and more
  • Coordinate targeting of outbound email campaigns to lists including A/B split tests, territory-specific hooks, sales enablement material inclusion and more
  • Lead the creation and development of sales and customer success enablement materials and assets to improve closed-won and closed-renewal metrics, as well as overall customer satisfaction
  • Managing the marketing department's staff and planning strategic growth department-wide

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
  • 3-4 years of demand generation digital marketing experience and management
  • Experience in marketing for education technology or K12 education a plus
    • Understanding of K12 buying cycles and key decision makers also a plus
  • Strong enthusiasm, passion and creativity for business strategy, demand generation marketing and overall digital strategy
  • Experience with campaign reporting and strategic planning
  • Experience with CRM + inbound/outbound ESP platforms
  • Interest in K12 education, coding education and computer science
