Job Location: Based in Austin, TX – U.S. Corporate Headquarters.

Role Brief:We are seeking a highly results-oriented, collaborative, creative, and analytical Marketing Manager to join Nepris in our Austin, TX office. You will be responsible for driving growth through online/social/digital marketing, growth hacker marketing, and content development. The role will build and maintain successful demand generation programs that drive qualified leads into and through our marketing funnel.

This position reports to the Executive Director, Partnerships & Sales, and represents a tremendous opportunity to further develop and scale our demand gen engine. This is a spectacular role for someone with a few years of marketing experience under his or her belt who wants to move into a position of deeper scope and impact. Passion for growth and measurement, lead generation, the education market, and our customer base is integral. Also, very important is a strong sense of teamwork, results orientation, analytic orientation, and a sense of fun!

Responsibilities

This role is excitedly unique, in that you will provide leadership and execute the below responsibilities with not only a focus on K-16 education customers, but also:

Intermediary prospects (i.e. – workforce development, chambers of commerce, economic development councils, and STEM hubs)

Nepris industry partners (our Expert community)

Current customers (Working closely with our Customer Engagement team. As a SaaS company, annual renewals and expansions are mission critical.)

Work collaboratively to create, refine and maintain sales enablement and support tools including: product messaging, presentation templates/scripting, product demos and video, web content, and playbooks.

Work with sales team members and consultants to shape messaging and materials to maximize localized sales opportunities including state campaigns.

Consistently test and enhance demand gen activities through measurement and optimization. Define KPIs and develop dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly program monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress relative to ROI and pipeline generation, and revenue attribution, campaign investments.

Established workflows, processes, and best practices to coordinate product marketing activities from conception through launch.

Leverage segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing to build successful communication driven by user behavior and data.

Conduct market research and work with users to become a master of the EdTech space and of the levers that impact user adoption.

Launch, test, and optimize online marketing campaigns and growth strategies; Develop a high growth, revenue producing online lead generation and customer acquisition strategy.

Partner with development team on website management - refinements, editing and posting, ongoing performance monitoring and recommendations.

Ensuring that inbound traffic can be converted into leads through an efficient and streamlined online experience.

Produce/manage the production of marketing content (videos, ads, landing pages, blogs,…) to support demand gen campaigns and to broaden the distribution of Nepris content to generate leads/traffic.

Partner with sales teams to facilitate feedback on lead conversion, client insights, and campaign success. Ensure lead volume and quality is where it needs to be.

Skills, Qualifications, & Experiences

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech field

Bachelor’s degree required

Passion for marketing, technology, the K-12 education market, the customer experience, and growing a business

Competency and confidence with growth hacker strategies and tools (i.e. - A/B testing, digital and automated marketing, and workflow automation)

Thrives in a team environment, has a positive attitude, an energetic personality, and the personal drive to learn and grow

Strong understanding of the purchasing processes and influencers in the K20 and workforce intermediary markets

Competency and confidence with Salesforce.com and Pardot.com.

Competency and confidence with social media tools/platforms

Experience working with direct sales team members and resellers

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including experience working with multi-product portfolios

Analytical, resourceful, and thoughtful team player with excellent oral and written communication skills

Working Hours: Must be flexible and have ability to work hours as dictated by marketing and sales objectives and goals; and may vary. Occasional evening and weekend work depending on business or customer requirements.
