Technology has made the world more connected, fundamentally changing how we live, work and interact. Yet traditional schools have not evolved to prepare students for the 21st century. Replacing textbooks with tablets won’t be enough. We believe K12 schools need a new foundation. That is why we started Abl Schools. We are a web-based school scheduling platform, that allows administrators to put master schedules and daily calendars into a single cloud-based system. We are creating the next generation of software for all K12 schools to fundamentally change how they design, measure and improve their schools.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who will develop and deliver compelling marketing strategies to generate demand for multiple product lines at Abl. This includes the development of high-quality content, marketing materials, and compelling experiences to grow and support a passionate education community for a new, grant-funded initiative.


  • Develop strategies, channels, and tactics to get the word out about our product and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful, metric-driven marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Produce and manage engaging content for our website, blog, and social media that engages our audience and generates interest
  • Lead and manage all details associated with in-person and online marketing events and communications including partner coordination, outreach/promotion, registration, program content, logistics, and follow-up
  • Develop marketing materials including presentations, one-sheets, flyers, case studies, white papers, videos, infographics, etc.


  • 3+ years marketing experience, ideally with a SaaS company or an online platform
  • Solid understanding of the K-12 market, education practices, and key decision makers
  • Experience working in K-12 schools (teacher, principal, district admin,etc.) is highly desirable
  • Proven experience devising and leading creative marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate customers
  • Loves to write and has strong experience creating both long form and short form content across multiple mediums (text, video, presentations, etc.)
  • Strong sense of aesthetics to produce compelling marketing assets
  • Comfortable designing and leading presentations
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing & social media
  • Ability to gather and evaluate metrics to optimize marketing strategies and maximize impact
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams
  • Resourceful, self-starter, needing minimal direction
