Abl’s Marketing Manager is responsible for generating demand for our online platform, develop high-quality content and marketing materials to support sales, and grow a passionate community of Abl educators.

Your Impact

  • Deploy successful, metric-driven marketing campaigns, and own their implementation from ideation to execution. This includes email marketing, social media, event sponsorships, etc.
  • Lead the development of all sales and marketing materials including blog posts, presentations, product one-sheets, flyers, case studies, white papers, product videos, etc.
  • Lead and manage in-person and online marketing events including concept development, partner coordination, outreach/promotion, registration, program content, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Produce and manage engaging content for our website, blog, and social media to generate new leads.
  • Develop and lead a successful educator ambassador program to spur regional interest.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (especially Twitter) to build brand recognition, engage with our target customers, and provide thought leadership.
  • Develop and manage all marketing collateral including t-shirts, stickers, flyers, etc.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels (sponsorships, promotional mentions, etc.)


  • 3+ years marketing experience, ideally with a K12 ed tech company.
  • Solid understanding of the K-12 market, education practices, and key decision makers.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising & leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate customers.
  • Equally comfortable addressing a large group of district superintendents as having a 1:1 conversation with a school office assistant.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and current best practices in SaaS marketing.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics with a love for words and witty communication.
  • Resourceful, self-starter, needing minimal direction.
  • A Passionate agent of change who wants to work with a collaborative, diverse, mission-driven team.
