BetterLesson is looking for an experienced marketing professional to drive high performing demand generation programs and marketing funnel optimization tactics that consistently produce high quality leads for sales. In this role you will be responsible for a number of different inbound marketing tactics that creates demand for sales, including but not limited to email marketing, nurture program creation, search engine optimization, landing page conversion, social media, and more. You will be responsible for all stages of the buyer’s journey and expected to create/oversee a data-driven marketing and traffic strategy. You should be comfortable writing high conversion copy on our marketing site, landing pages, and engaging emails with compelling calls to action. You should also be familiar with digging deeply into analytics to optimize campaign performance.

  6. Reporting & Analytics

You are:

  • A highly motivated self-starter with proven marketing and lead generation knowledge
  • Experienced with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Act-On, and other marketing tools
  • Knowledgeable of landing page conversion tactics and strategies
  • Experienced in configuring and managing funnel statistics via CRM and Marketing Automation software (Act-On or other MA software)
  • Able to comprehend and interpret complex theories and jargons into practical marketing language.
  • Capable of developing and managing social media campaigns in a business setting.
  • Comfortable with executing multiple projects within deadlines with minimal supervision

You will:

  • Plan, develop and implement marketing programs to meet BetterLesson’s lead generation objectives
  • Work with Sales team to drive lead automation and process
  • Create and manage lead acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust accordingly
  • Ensure lead nurturing programs are built for all inbound and outbound marketing initiatives
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email content and other digital channels
  • Utilize search engine marketing tactics to generate site traffic and convert site traffic through call to actions, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Build, manage, and grow social media profiles and presence
  • Monitor and analyze lead behavior to understand how our inbound marketing activity brings in new customers, make adjustments to their buyer’s journey, and continually refine the process to optimize conversion
  • Track and report on campaign performance data

You have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of growth marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B marketing environment, integrating with sales and driving qualified leads
  • Strong email marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Lead generation experience in a B2B or EdTech company
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing concept for B2B marketing.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
