We're hiring a new team member dedicated to our newest product platform, Recap: https://www.letsrecap.com.

The role works directly with the founder and comprises content marketing, social media and community management to help us rapidly grow our platform and community using growth hacking.

The responsibilities include:

- Development of marketing content in conjunction with our Kiev based design team (e.g., emails, blog posts, infographics, case studies, etc.)

- Engaging with users to develop evangelists, build product awareness, identify growth opportunities and share success stories

- Identify and quantify community feedback and recommend changes to products

- Monitor discussion, postings and trends within user base and target markets

- Create innovative approaches to increase engagement, retention and brand affinity

- Assist Customer Support by addressing support questions on social media

- Manage shipment, tracking, and returns of marketing and Recap swag packages

REQUIREMENTS:

- 0 to 2 years experience - Understanding of Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram. - Great written and verbal communication skills - Basic copywriting skills - Russian language + design skills a bonus
