The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting our data analytics and staff evaluations products, building brand awareness, and driving lead generation and customer engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing.
Essential Functions and Expectations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Five Star data analytics and staff evaluation products.
- Create and manage marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with our engagement team to generate content for our existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Five Star marketing team to ensure a cohesive vision and alignment with brand standards.
- Utilize the Five Star marketing team as liaison to the contracted marketing agencies.
- Plan, coordinate participation, and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the website and social media presence.
- Design and create marketing materials and assets.
- Support the development of sales collateral and product documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in marketing, specifically within the education sector.
- Experience with using HubSpot as a marketing tool is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Canva or similar design tools and an eye for design.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with email marketing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the education industry is highly desirable.
