Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Remote, USA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support management of technical aspects of key marketing automation systems such as Eloqua and utilized for campaigns and programs developed by marketers
  • Monitor current CRM and always-on programs to ensure system integrations are functioning properly
  • Oversee inbound data from third party data sources and governance to support database health
  • Support optimization of database for continuous improvement for account-based marketing and targeted efforts
  • Develop and maintain reporting for marketing dashboards to share marketing metrics and database health
  • Work with stakeholders across the marketing organization to ensure that MarTech stack is executed following proper governance and best practices
  • Oversee MarTech vendor maintenance including contract terms and invoicing as it aligns to budget
  • Provide digital marketing governance support for digital ops team including email, landing pages, segmentation and paid advertising
  • Support development of SOPs for digital marketing

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or a related degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in Eloqua or other Marketing Automation tools (Eloqua preferred)
  • 3-5 years of CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
  • Working knowledge of inbound lead capture forms and processing leads from third parties
  • Understanding of email marketing strategies and experience with campaign execution, including brand/product awareness, lead generation, and transactional campaigns.
  • Basic web development design and coding skills including understanding of basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience working with Google Drive and creation of presentations and advanced Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting analysis required (experience in Power BI or Tableu a plus)
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics with hands-on experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Proven to be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects
  • Comfortable working with project management tools such as Wrike, Workamagig, etc.
  • Track record of developing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
