Marketing Automation Manager (Remote)

About the Role:

Our Marketing Team is seeking an Automation Manager to support marketing systems and processes across our demand generation campaigns to achieve our marketing goals and revenue targets. Working collaboratively with members of Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations you will execute cross-channel marketing programs and reporting to support lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, a collaborative team player, and a problem solver who enjoys digging into the data to find inefficiencies and ways to continuously improve. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, and will be responsible for ensuring processes and programs are being executed with fidelity, lead process SLAs are being met, and our marketing team is delivering in line with company KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support our Demand Generation teams to build, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns that generate a high volume of quality leads and sales pipeline
  • Support & maintain Marketo (MAP) including scoring model and lead process, attribution configuration, database clean up, email deliverability and compliance, and Marketo Sales Insight
  • Marketo system performance and enhancements – seek to continuously improve our system and process to drive greater efficiency and throughput
  • Measure & monitor lead funnel performance, including lead qualification criteria/ scoring and data cleansing programs to improve campaign performance and funnel conversion
  • Manage customer and prospect database segmentation and ensure rhythm of communication is appropriate and opt-out rates stay within industry standards
  • Take a collaborative approach to problem solving to architect solutions for our business needs
  • Connect the dots between operational workstreams and business impact
  • Key system support: Marketo, ZeroBounce, Ringlead, Zoom Webinars, MCH data

About You:

  • Detail oriented; enjoys working with data, new technologies and using them to solve complex business issues
  • Ability to handle fast pace, high pressure, and manage deadlines
  • Highly collaborative and positive work style
  • You love digging into data - analyzing performance metrics for email marketing, lead scoring and lead management
  • Experience using basic HTML and CSS for email and landing page creation and editing
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • 5 years B2B professional experience, 2+ years marketing automation experience in Marketo and Salesforce (or similar Eloqua); Marketo Certified Expert preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Legal right to work in the United States
