MAPLE Program Coordinator

LearnLaunch - Boston, Massachusetts - Full time

The Massachusetts Personalized Learning Edtech (MAPLE) Consortium at LearnLaunch Institute is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the educational programming, communications, and publishing needs of the MAPLE Consortium.

The MAPLE Consortium is a public-private partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. MAPLE is a network of school districts aiming to further the growth of personalized learning to enable all students in the Commonwealth to be ready for college and career. MAPLE is in its third year and has grown to 45 districts, representing 25% of public school students in the state.

The Program Coordinator will work on MAPLE learning events, including Learning Tours hosted at MA schools, conferences, master classes, and other learning opportunities that occur both online and in-person. The Program Coordinator will create MAPLE’s monthly newsletter, assist in writing and editing of reports, blogs and bright spot profiles, maintain MAPLE’s social media and web presence, and be responsible for tracking metrics related to MAPLE’s mission. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn more about designing innovative programming for district and school leaders, and master teachers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, writing, and design skills, the ability to learn and adapt quickly, and should be interested in supporting MA educators as they move towards more personalized, student-centered models of teaching and learning.
