The Curriculum (Your Role): 

Seesaw is looking for a Manager to lead our SMB Renewals Team. The team is responsible for protecting and growing account revenue across Seesaw’s rapidly growing business. You will be accountable for managing all day-to-day team activities; driving performance, forecasting revenue, and advising on ways to optimize our processes at scale. 

Your Classmates (The Team): 

The Renewals team at Seesaw works directly with customers to help drive value for educators. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with our adoption, implementation, support, operations, content, and finance teams. 

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):

  • You will hire and lead a team that will own, drive, and lead the renewals process to preserve and enhance SMB customer contracts and relationships
  • Lead the daily activities of a team of renewal sales professionals including mentoring and support, performance reviews, and problem-solving.
  • Hire and develop top talent, supporting progression and career development across the team.
  • Maintain an accurate regional forecast and implement strategies to mitigate risk and develop insight from any churn.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of long term business goals and objectives

Prerequisites (The Requirements):

  • You have experience working in renewals at a high-growth SaaS company. You are familiar with the metrics and measures of a renewals business and have operated in a recurring revenue model.
  • You have experience in managing a team, a strategic mindset, and the drive to coach.
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on results and execution.
