Manager of Data and Visualizations

Charter School Growth Fund - Multiple Locations - Full time

The Charter School Growth Fund (CSGF) is a leading nonprofit venture philanthropy fund dedicated to identifying the nation’s best public charter schools, funding their expansion, and helping to increase their impact. Our portfolio includes 75 public charter school networks that operate 1071 schools and serve more than 477,000 students in 31 states. We operate with the same strategies, discipline, and focus as a venture capital firm by awarding multi-year grants and loans to talented education entrepreneurs who are building networks of high-quality charter schools that enroll significant numbers of low-income and minority students. Ultimately, we think our portfolio can grow to serve ~1,000,000 students.

The Team: CSGF’s Analytics Team is a trusted partner in providing support to the Investment Management Team, Investor Relations Team, Impact Team, portfolio members, external partners, and the charter sector through systems, processes, analytics, and expertise. The Analytics Team manages and optimizes the systems and processes that allow CSGF, its portfolio members, and its funders to maximize resources devoted to mission-critical tasks. It provides readily accessible, strategic, and actionable insights that drive organizational decision-making and performance. It also serves as an expert resource to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that CSGF has a broader impact on the education sector. Analytics team members are highly collaborative, seek to continuously improve their practices, and leverage each other’s strengths to benefit the team and organization.
