Role Summary
The Data team is expanding and evolving to meet the growing needs of an ever increasingly data driven organization. The Data team sits at the intersection of our academics, operations, student recruitment, innovation, finance, and people teams which all have data needs to drive their goals. The Data team also serves the need to progress monitor Ednovate's key performance indicators that measure our impact across the network. In addition, we seek to expand the role of the Data team to build the capacity of our schools through data literacy and training around accessible data tools such as Google Sheets. The team is made up of three core functions: data products, systems management, and research and innovation. The Data Analytics role will bridge the gap between data engineering (working with our external providers) and data analysis. This role will report to the CEO with support from an external coach.
As a Manager of Data Analytics you'll help drive effective reporting and analysis across Ednovate. We are looking for a Manager of Data Analytics to join our team that will help build, maintain, and scale our processes to deliver well-defined, transformed, tested, documented, and code-reviewed data and reporting to help drive organizational strategy where trust in data is critical.
