Job Overview:

Lexia Learning Customer Success Operations is hiring a Local Facilitator Professional Learning Operations Specialist. Work closely with the PD Operations Manager for oversight of the operations/processes of professional development for LETRS Local Facilitators and collaborating with the operations team to ensure long-term operational excellence in support of customers. This position will report to the Professional Learning Operations Manager.

Job Description

  • Assist to gather, track and organize/maintain LETRS Local Facilitator information records
  • Monitor and manage annual renewal and certification requirements for LETRS Local Facilitators
  • Monitor and manage the distribution and collection of annual Statement of Commitment documents
  • Manage the pre professional learning processes of LETRS Facilitator
    • Gather and track rosters for each LETRS Facilitator session
    • Monitor requirements of each registrant prior to each LETRS Facilitator session
    • Communicate rosters and session details to the PL Facilitator of each session
    • Respond to questions and needs of PL Facilitators
  • Manage the post professional learning processes of LETRS Facilitator
    • Unlock access to the Local Facilitator materials for each certified LETRS Local Facilitator
    • Communicate annual certification requirements to each certified LETRS Local Facilitator
    • Manage the set up of the Literacy Symposium for each certified LETRS Local Facilitator
  • Collaborate with product PD Leadership and LETRS Product Development
    • Tracking the creation and posting of annual Literacy Symposium sessions
    • Collaborate around improvements for the Literacy Symposium
    • Collaborate around Local Facilitator materials updates and monitor posting on the LETRS platform
  • Collect and organize data for attendance and other reports as needed
  • Assist to proactively elevate and/or address issues or challenges that may present obstacles toward achieving customer and company goals
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams as needed

Skills and Experience
