Learming Management System (LMS) Support Specialist

DawnSignPress is hiring a LMS Support Specialist to join our production team.

Responsibilities 

  • Provide technical customer support for LTI platform across multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Identify patterns and trends to proactively address broader issues in a timely and coordinate manner
  • Develop and maintain support ticketing system
  • Develop and maintain IOSM FAQs searchable by teacher and students
  • Assist in the migration of traditional book content to online courses
  • Support the collaboration with developers to ensure product/system integration will function as designed
  • Stay up-to-date on all information regarding LMS and data processes
  • Complete special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Instructional Design or Educational Technology
  • Experience using and supporting LMS's (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L, etc)
  • Experience in supporting higher education instruction
  • Highly organized
  • Communicate clearly and accommodate varying levels of technical literacy
  • American Sign Language (ASL) native or bilingual desirable
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks while implementing time management skills
