Customer Success and Evaluation Specialist

Goalbook - Multiple Locations - Full time

We’re looking for an instructional leader to join our growing team to lead our research and measure the efficacy of Goalbook’s work. This will be an exciting role that requires you to utilize your strong background in instructional leadership and academic research to measure Goalbook’s impact on teacher and student outcomes. You’ll collaborate with members of our team, research partners, academic institutions, and district leaders across the country. You will design and oversee research that studies how Goalbook impacts instructional practice in classrooms and communicate learnings. You can manage multiple projects at a time, are incredibly organized and detail oriented, and a top-notch writer and communicator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Goalbook’s Customer Success team to work with district partners and help measure changes in instructional practice
  • Lead relationships with external research partners and assist with the design of research studies and with data collection and analysis
  • Perform project management for research studies and program evaluation work
  • Spearhead written projects to communicate Goalbook’s impact and findings
  • Represent Goalbook as speaker or attendee at leading academic and instructional conferences across the country
  • Assist in the development of Goalbook’s instructional coaching services, and in the planning of Goalbook’s annual Instructional Leadership Symposium

Required Skills & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in relevant field and 3+ years instructional leadership experience
  • In depth knowledge of academic research and best practices in the field
  • Project management experience
  • Passionate about writing
  • Top-notch organization and attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
