K-12 Independent Field Sales Expert (STEM Solution)

NextWaveSTEM - Multiple Locations - Full time

NextWaveSTEM provides a standards-aligned curriculum, professional development, and hands-on learning tools that enable K-12 districts to implement drones, robotics, 3D printing, entrepreneurship, and A.I. programs in the classrooms. With nearly 80,000 students and teachers already using our solutions, NextWaveSTEM is poised for growth and is looking for an experienced sales expert to join our team.

The K-12 Education Sales Expert has at least five years of proven experience selling K-12 education solutions to schools and districts. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing a sales pipeline by prospecting for new opportunities in the field and digitally. 
  • Conducting discovery meetings.
  • Developing business proposals for qualified prospects.
  • Negotiating partner contracts and closing business.
  • Attending industry conferences and events when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of demonstrable field sales experience in the K-12 marketplace.
  • Must be a champion at prospecting
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans. 
  • Excellent written and in-person communication skills.
  • Superior organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize. 
  • Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (base + uncapped commission)
