Sales Development Representative - Remote

Tailor-ED is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to come aboard. Excited about education, startups, and sales - this role is perfect for you!

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing outbound and inbound lead generation. You will help identify and qualify sales leads, cultivate strong relationships with school and district decision-makers and drive and support the entire sales process to completion.

Responsibilities

* Design and implement lead generation campaigns for targeting K-12 schools and districts.

* Develop and test prospecting and sales strategies that maximize prospect interaction with key decision-makers.

* Generate quality meetings with key stakeholders in K-12 schools and districts through proactive outbound prospecting methods.

* Build and develop relationships with key decision-makers at the K-12 school and district level

The Ideal Candidate

* You have 1-2 years experience in Sales Development in the K-12 Edtech space

* You have excellent communication skills - you love cold-calling and writing emails to better understand key prospects’ needs.

* You have experience researching, designing and implementing lead generation campaigns

* You have the ability to quickly analyze and assess which are the key success factors for closing a sale.

* You are independent, goal-oriented and love to close deals.
