The interim School Operations Manager is an essential part of the Operations Team, which works to ensure operational excellence in support of great teaching. The interim School Operations Manager runs essential programs, such as enrollment, nutrition, field trips, translation, and family communication. The role is incredibly fast-paced – no two days look the same!

  • Co-manage the nutrition program with the Director of Operations, ensuring adherence to state guidelines with regards to nutrition and food safety
  • Maintain a relationship with our food vendor
  • Oversee implementation of the snack program in classrooms
  • Coordinate enrollment for all newly admitted students and obtain all required documentation for students
  • Manage contract with uniform and local transportation vendor
  • Coordinate field trips and grade level events
  • Oversee family services - providing access to information about the school, its policies, calendar, and events, and that each family understands its rights with regards to nutrition, translation, and educational experience
  • Write the monthly family newsletter, communicating important updates and events at the school
