Global Teaching Fellowship in Management Information Systems

RIT-GDC’s Global Teaching Fellowship is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to get experience in an international setting while making an impact on the world around them. Located in Shandong, China, in collaboration with Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU), RIT-China is committed to delivering high-quality, globally-focused education. Through active engagement, scholarship, and research, we aim to produce graduates who can identify problems and create solutions.
The Global Teaching Fellow is a non-tenure track position teaching 3-5 sections per semester beginning February 2025. The individual should hold an educational background and knowledge in one or more of the following: Information Systems Technology, Database Management Systems, Database Systems Development, and Enterprise Systems.
The Global Teaching Fellow will work in a collaborative team environment to cultivate creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for learning. The language of instruction is English. Prospective fellows are required to have a minimum of a Master's Degree and demonstrate fluency in the English language. Business disciplines require AACSB-qualified faculty. Cultural adaptability and the ability to work well within a multi-ethnic environment are valued attributes.

Candidate Qualifications:
Academic and teaching background in management information systems or related field. Prospects are required to have a minimum of a Master’s Degree (PhD. strongly preferred).
