The learning platform and full suite of next-generation courses on the ASUPD roadmap will leverage adaptive technologies to meet students where they are with fully personalized learning and individualized pacing. Additionally, these products will feature entirely custom experiential learning environments that are built leveraging the most engaging and immersive technologies to design a discovery-based, learner outcome-centered, approach. The Instructional Designer is responsible for bringing our digital curriculum to life on screen. Working in collaboration with course architects, subject matter experts, writers, and graphic designers, you will use a variety of authoring tools to develop innovative learning experiences that effectively reach a diverse audience of 6-12 learners. Responsibilities include evaluating lesson scripts and storyboards to identify learning challenges and developing on-screen solutions that optimize each lesson’s organizational flow, user experience, engagement, and visual representation. A strong background in learning design, user experience, visual design, accessibility, and technical expertise in various course authoring tools is desired. This is a contract position.
