Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

ONEder provides Social-Emotional Learning and Transition Curricula to school districts throughout the country over ONEder Academy, our proprietary curriculum platform. We provide our curricula to hundreds of satisfied districts in all 50 states through our excellence in technology, curriculum development, and customer support.

About the role: ONEder is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative to accelerate the exponential growth of our SEL and Transition Curricula. Our current success has all been attributed to remote, inside sales conducted by our team without the need for cold calling. A successful inside sales representative at ONEder can expect to achieve $500,000+ sales, providing a large opportunity for a hungry self-starter to achieve significant, success-based compensation. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong consultative sales approach, engage new customers, and built their trust in ONEder’s commitment to our customers. You will be reporting directly to our CEO and have large opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage our exiting outbound sales tactics to develop new leads
  • Schedule and deliver virtual sales demonstrations for both our inbound and outbound leads
  • Collaborate with our growing marketing operation to drive additional inbound leads
  • Close deals through consistent follow-up with existing opportunities and new leads
  • Manage and document all sales functions in HubSpot
  • Work collaboratively with our customer success team to drive and grow existing accounts and support their efforts with newly acquired customers
  • Develop upon our existing sales tactics to come up with new ways to drive leads
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Engage with our existing and prospective customers to learn about their needs to refine your delivery of our value proposition and provide feedback to our products, curriculum, and marketing teams
  • Continuously strive to learn every aspect of our products, our markets, and the customers we serve

Minimum Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the US/K12 education market
  • Knowledge of EdTech and curriculum with Social and Emotional Learning and Special Education is a large plus!
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales target
  • Experience with using various CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a collaborative mindset and be a team player
  • Maintain the highest of ethical and moral standards in representing our company
