SKILLS Global, LLC helps learners with autism and other special needs reach their fullest potential by providing educators and clinicians with research and evidence-based software for developing IEPs and customized teaching and treatment plans.

Due to explosive growth, a B2B Inside Sales Representative is being sought to complement the small, dynamic team to sell into the education and clinical spaces. A stimulating, collaborative environment is provided in which every voice is heard and where all are committed to achieving overall success. The approach is phone sales, consultative selling. Compensation is base plus commission. For qualifying employees, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending program, 401K, sick pay, educational assistance program and corporate discount programs. NO OUTSIDE SALES.


Dial a high volume of outbound calls from existing database of leads and opportunities

Perform customer needs analysis

Secure appointments and conduct product demonstrations via webinars

Respond to inbound inquiries and follow-up on conference leads

Negotiate pricing and prepare proposals

Close business

Retain and renew accounts through long-term relationship building

Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers

Maintain real time activity in Salesforce

Special projects as assigned


BS/BA or equivalent preferred

Prior sales experience preferred 

Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) desireable

Talent to speak in a compelling and articulate manner

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Computer literacy in MS Office Suite with no fear of technology

Passionate for success and the cause

Ability to be flexible with the ability to adapt rapidly

Must be self-motivated and possess initiative
