Inside Sales Representative

Insight ADVANCE - Remote - Full time

Insight ADVANCE has developed a suite of products that connects self-reflection, peer feedback and collaboration, and instructional coaching on one video-based platform. You will be responsible for developing new leads from our suite of products within K-12 districts/schools and Higher Ed market space. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, have a high energy can-do attitude and be a self-motivated team player in order to succeed.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be the tip of the sword by developing relationships via mico-email/calling campaigns, following up with marketing leads from campaigns and trade shows.
  • Effectively articulate the Insight ADVANCE value proposition with administrator-level, school, state, and district leaders.
  • Actively manage call schedule in a time-efficient manner, while documenting all sales activity within CRM and report results via weekly sales update.
  • Demonstrate superb organizational and follow up abilities to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • BDRs will work with Educational Partnership Managers to produce qualified meetings and new pipeline opportunities.
  • Be a critical member of the team by helping to define and shape our customer acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in a sales environment
  • Prefer College graduate
  • Experience in K-12, Higher Ed space desirable
  • Individual looking for rapid career advancement based on performance

LocationThis is a remote position. Insight ADVANCE is a virtual company headquartered in Encino, CA. We seek to hire the best person for the position, regardless of location. Currently, our staff members reside in California, Georgia, Illinois, Texas, and Kentucky.
