Inside Sales Representative II (ISR2) - Territory Manager

Swivl - Menlo Park, California - Full time

Responsible for developing and closing new sales opportunities within multi-state including existing customers (full sales lifecycle) and prospects.ISR II is responsible for both a geographic US-territory and existing customer accounts. This is an Inside Sales role based in Menlo Park CA with only occasional travel. 

This role qualifies and develops both inbound, outbound sales opportunities, and has primary responsibility for closing new business transactions across NA region:

- Executes Discovery calls with K-12 and Higher Education prospects and customers.

- Creates new opportunities in Salesforce.com which typically close in 30 to 90 days

- Executes outbound sales initiatives (up sell) existing and dormant customers

- Develop existing customers into major account (repeat buys)

- Team with ISR1 to close small sales transactions, but the focus of ISR2 is on Account Development sales with in geographic assignment (hybrid assignment)

- OTP sales achieving monthly and quarterly objectives

- Opportunity to develop into ISR III (100% named account development)

Experience

- 2-5 years of previous sales experience 

- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, other CRM or marketing automation solutions

- Software and SaaS experience preferred- Educational Technology desired- Bachelors degree preferred
